Projects have three sections presented as tabs: Design, Collect and Discover. Working along side the project sections are the chatbot statuses of Testing, Collecting and Closed. While we’ll cover these items in more depth in other sections, here’s a quick overview.
Project Sections
Design
The Design tab is a powerful workspace where you’ll find everything you need to design and launch your interview. You will be able to:
Edit your chatbot’s objective
Edit opening and closing messages
Write and edit multiple choice and text questions
Edit chatbot settings (global follow-up count and redirect link)
Test your chatbot
Generate iFrame embed code
Launch your chatbot
Collect
The Collect tab houses all of your chatbot analytics and raw interview transcripts. Interviews taking during testing or with a testing link are tagged as Previews and can be filtered out. You are also able to launch your chatbot from this tab once you have completed your testing and verification process.
Discover
The Discover tab is where all the analysis of your data takes place. RevealAI gathers all of your qualified interviews as runs them through our finely tuned AI to produce Insights and Themes for each of your non-profile questions. You will also be able to slice and dice your data using a combination of filters, themes and sub-themes to find the detailed information that you’re looking for.
Chatbot Statuses
Testing
While your chatbot is in testing state, you and your teammates/clients/friends will be able to take the interview as many times as you like in order to make sure it is functioning as intended. To get the link, click the “Test Chatbot” button. All of the interviews taken while the chatbot is in testing mode will be tagged as Preview in order to separate them from actual data.
Collecting
Collecting mode is when the chatbot is actively performing interviews and collection data. You can view all of the incoming data on the collect tab. Please note that your chatbot must be set to collecting in order to generate data for analysis.
Closed
Once you have finished collecting data, you should close your chatbot. This will disable the chatbot and prevent further data from being gathered, helping you focus on developing conclusions from the analysis.
