Create A New Project

  1. Select “+ Start Project” in the upper right of the dashboard.

  2. Complete the start a chatbot form by filling out the following fields:

    1. Chatbot Name (required): Select a memorable name for your chatbot

    2. Chatbot Objective (required): This field provides context to your AI chatbot, helping it understand how to function and what topics to explore in depth. You can also include instructions for tone, language, or other behaviors. Think of this as the high-level prompt for your chatbot.

    3. Tags: Tags are not required, but can be used make searching for your chatbot easier. They can be added later.

  3. Click “Save”

Your new chatbot will be created and you'll see the Interview Design screen. You can edit all of these settings later from inside the project.
